I also got an email from Nochex saying that I had paid for this item. Does this alter the terms and conditions if they have taken payment?

For clarification here are two extracts from their T's&C's

• By way of clarification, an acknowledgement of your order will be sent to you via e-mail when you place your order, but acceptance of your offer to buy the goods will not take place until after your payment is taken and you receive a confirmation e-mail from us or our payment processor. It is at this point that a binding legal contract is created and any contract is subject to these Terms and Conditions.

So it would seem they could change their minds about the price after taking payment. I have had payment taken too, so we shall see!

So did anyone receive this OR have their order cancelled/money refunded???

Still not received it but I've not had my order cancelled yet either. I haven't checked to see if the money was actually taken out but I received an email from Nochex to say that my money had been taken. I was thinking of contacting them but I might leave it a few more days.
