Ellie Gray sizing

Has anyone got any experience of Ellie Gray sportswear and can tell me how their sizing compares to other stores. I usually get Next sportswear and can get away with a size 8 because they tend to come up big but looking at the size guide on Ellie Gray I think I might need a 10 and unfortunately the trousers I want only have an 8 left.

I usually wear a size 10-12 on top. I can't say what their bottoms are like, but the size 12 gym vest I bought from them is quite loose and I'd probably have been better off with a 10.
