600g box of Bassets Allsorts - Misprice at 17p at ASDA (RRP £3.48)

I went to Asda today as thought great crimbo pressie. Scanned through on self service and came up price approval from assistant. She asked me how much they were - felt like saying 17p! But she put them through at £3.91! Didnt want to say I didnt want them! Whoops saving which cost

well i got my delivery but only 10 of the 24 allsorts, the rest made up of substituted sweets (jelly babies + haribo mix) + a few other bits to make up to £25 (min order)

it didn't really surprise me that instead of being charged just under £30...was charged over £100!!!!!!:eek::eek::mad::mad:

will be returning the whole lot unless they agree to the 17p advertised price when ordered.

anyone else got a story to tell?

Depends how nice ths hs manager is, as I'm sure it states somewhere on the website that you will be charged the cost of the items the date they are delivered (and not the date you did the order)

I am sure most of these things don''t get honoured because there are so many greedy people on here that can''t just order 1 or 2 boxes but have to grab as much as they can !!
I have very little money but do not grab everything in sight thats been reduced even if its 17p -its called "thinking of others who might want some too " and not being such greedy so and so''s !
Thats why this country is in such a mess -greedy and selfish people running it and others ruining it !
