How much should we offer to consolidate?

We have a debt of about 14k, but are about to get some equity and pay it off. We want any advice on how much we could offer the loan management company (Churchwood) to do a deal and pay off the lot. 10k? Anyone got any experience of this? If it's too low will they reject the offer out of hand?
