Onepoll.... sooooo slow

We pay you serious cash, ranging from 10p to £1 a survey

If the above is true (taken from their homepage) and they pay 'from 10p', what about all the 5p surveys we get these days?

And who are they kidding about £1 surveys? I've been with them almost a year and have NEVER seen a survey for £1. I think the highest amount I've ever seen is 20p.

Just a little rant, sorry. I joined because people were saying they could make £40 in 6 months. I've been with them almost a year and I'm nowhere near.

I started doing a few of these paid surveys years ago but don't think I ever got anywhere near a pay out so decided my time was better spent elsewhere!

I agree - it's just that I've been doing it so long now and am at about £30 so I don't want to give up. However, once I get to £40 they won't see me for dust!!!

I joined in January and am just over the £34 mark. I get so few surveys these days - mostly of the 5p variety- that I'm not anticipating getting to £40 before Christmas. I seriously doubt that I'll keep my account if I ever get to payout as it's a very long slog!

Re £1 surveys: The most I've ever had for a survey is about 20p and that's only cropped up on one or two occasions. Most are 5-15p for me - mostly 5p these days with the odd 10p one. From what I've read on here and other forums, I'm not sure that £1 surveys actually exist!

I agree about the £1 ones - which is why it was so surprising to see that 'boast' on their homepage!!!

Still, you're doing well to be on £34 if you only joined in January. I started last summer and I'm still only on £30. Must admit I don't log in every single day any more though as I find the surveys really dull and the grammar and spellings are appalling!

I joined in April last year and have had two £40 payouts so far, so it's not all that bad

I'm sad enough to have worked it out - over the last 2 months of Onepoll I've earnt £12.60. That's an average 16p a day from surveys (I excluded the £2.50 joining bonus from this calculation).

At this rate I'll reach £40 in early 2010 (joined near the end of July). Riches here I come!

I check a couple of times during the day to see if there's any new surveys.

On an different note, has anyone noticed there doesn't seem to be many Prize Draw surveys on One Poll recently?
  • I'm almost at my payout i think i'm £38.40 it does take a long time but then it's money for a few minutes of your time every now and then, worth it in the end :) I find yougov the slowest ever......but that's another story lol
    Winging life....
  • I have received one payment of £40 from Onepoll and it took about 7 months I think?? Possibly longer, I can't remember for sure.

I have never seen a survey for anything higher than 20p either btw.

  • ive had 1 £40 pay out and im starting again (currently at a £1 woo), they use to have alot of 10p-15p surveys but recently it is mainly 5p's, but still its free money and only takes a few minutes to complete each one and none of the 'you havent qualified' half way through.

It takes me about 6-7 months to reach the golden £40 - two payouts so far and am a quarter of the way to the next one. Think the biggest amount I've seen a survey for was 30p, so I'm with you on the £1 claim seemingly a bit barmy!
