Sorry let me expand - The agent will put both offers to the Repossesion company - Loan to Value, property to sell/sold etc etc....
As you are looking for a high Ltv you have this against you - Namely in the event the property is downvalued a small amount.....
Well the EA don't know our LTV. So I cant see that happening at this point!0 -
Whilst they do put the notice in the paper, the Repossesions companies wont usually move for the odd thousand, as the deal is nearly ready to complete - A bird in the hand is worth 2 in the bush etc etc.0

Anyway, can't see it downvaluing. Its a 4 bed detached, large south facing garden in a desirable area. Houses normally sell for around 200k mark in the area.0

Surprised the Agent did not ask you simple things like the LTV, as they have a duty to pass this information on to the Repossesion company.
I wonder if the other buyer is using the EA Mortgage Advisor in House, tsk, naughty me for thinking this.....!!!0 -
