Netto Kroneberg 1664 Lager

Options
Netto have this on offer from today.
24 x 330ml bottles £8-99

In their leaflet they have the litre price as 88 pence but that is clearly a mistake as it`s more like £1-13.5 a litre, even so it`s still a good price for a 5% strength lager.

Does that qualify as a mis-price under Trade Descriptions law?

not seen 330ml 24 bottle pack for ages as most of lagers come in 20 pack and anything from 275 to 330 but mostly 300ml

might pop in and get some

    thanks

I still think Brahma is a better buy, it is £1.00 more but the bottles are 355ml. Just thank its something different and when the summer comes  I think you will get any good deals on it.
    I hope I'am wrong.

Horrible beer though leaves you with a size 10 hangover ! I suppose you could keep it and give it to your friends at a BBQ while you drink something decent not made under licence from ICI

Looking at all the probable combinations for this error, different size bottles, different number of bottles or a different price, the 88p a litre calculation looks like it was produced from a price of £6.99 and not £8.99

I did visit a store yesterday and managed to get one of the last rapidly selling cases for £8-99.
I also noticed that the litre price, displayed next to the case price on the shelf, did say £1-14p.
It seems that the leaflet price must have been a "printing error" which Netto takes no responsibility for.
Even so, as I said in my OP, it`s still a great price for a great lager, and the reason for the price is obvious when looking at the sell by date
    July 2006.
But don`t worry it`ll be long gone by then.
