You might want to point out to him that the CSA get their info from the taxman - and if it shows him with low earnings, his lifestyle might be brought to the attention of HMRC. He may not be scared of the CSA, but I bet he won't want the Inland Revenue looking too close.

the CSA in the case of my daughter, were brilliant. and they will check. give them all the info you can, take photos of his lorries, business address etc and they will act on it. my daughters ex partner had been paying her a little for a few months, as a private arrangement. and it was only a little.

he kept not giving her anything, or just a little bit until in the end he told her to 'take me to the csa of you want any more money out of me' .

he had obviously been talking to someone who thought they knew what they were talking about. they told him to pay her a percentage of his pay and its more than he was ever giving her.

they do check, they checked his pay with taxman and via payslips.

let us know how you get on.xxxxx

My God ... some 11 year olds get £20 a week pocket money!! My ex is meant to pay me something similar ... but I never get it, so will think about doing a paper round soon!
