Listen to Weekend Breakfast on Heart this weekend as, every hour, we give away a day out at the Devon Windsurf and Canoe Centre, based at Decoy Park, Newton Abbot to a family of four. The prize includes free hire of all equipment, plus windsurf and canoe tuition.
