• The competition will run until midnight Wednesday 30th September 2009, the
winner will be notified on Friday 2nd October 2009 and will subsequently appear
on the Pure Pie website (https://www.purepie.co.uk). Any entries after the closing date
will automatically roll over into any 2010 competitions, if applicable.
• The sms competition is open to UK residents only.
• All entrants must be aged 16 yrs or over.
• Winners will be responsible for contacting Pure Pie by email or fax only, before
the end of each month to arrange the next monthly delivery of a box of 24 pies,
for a maximum of 12 months from October 2009 to September 2010.
• Email or Fax confirmation must include delivery address, date, approx. time and
contact details for person collecting pie.
• Failure to contact Pure Pie before the end of the month shall result in forfeiting
that month’s supply of pies.
• The box of 24 pies shall contain one flavour only from our range, we are unable
to supply mixed flavour boxes.
• The competition winner can choice any flavour from the range as many times as
they wish for the 12 month duration of the competition.
• Pure Pie shall not be responsible for the late delivery of pies by a third party on
behalf of Pure Pie, nor replacement.
• Pure Pie shall not be responsible for the replacement of pies that are defrosted
due to competition winner supplying incorrect delivery details or failing to store
the pies in the correct manner after receiving them.
• Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
• No responsibility can be accepted for lost, delayed, incomplete or for electronic
entries or winning notifications that are not received or delivered. Any such
entries will be deemed void.
• There is no cash alternative in part or whole. Prizes are not transferable /
exchangeable.
• Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. The promoter’s decision is final and no
correspondence will be entered into.
