• Customers who wish to enter the competition but are unable to attend or take part in the virtual tour quiz should submit their request by post to Communications, Yorkshire Water, Western House, Halifax Road, Bradford, BD6 2LZ before 31st October 2009.
• Only one entry will be accepted per household. Yorkshire Water does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries for any reason or cause whatsoever. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
• The competition is open to Yorkshire Water domestic customers only. Entrants must fully complete the entry and comply with all rules to be eligible to win a competition. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries.
  Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the competition.
• The prizes comprise of a refund of water and sewerage charges from 1st April 2009 to 31st March 2010 to a maximum value of £750.

Family holiday to Florida - Yep, it's been on a couple of times before, but not really a problem as it's a daily entry so duplicating isn't possible.

Thank you so much for spotting this - I have sent this for every day since I first noticed this competition and it hadnt even occured to me that I havent got a confirmation text! just amended it now and have got a confirmation - thank you! Its probably cost me a fortune aswell! x
