    Mindyou, if you only watched BBC News, you would think we were back in boom times. And a massive majority of the population's source is BBC News.

    Just like last time, and that often posted list of news stories, it's boom and bust every other day.

    If true and you are selling, this represents a tiny window of opportunity to sell quickly.

    However, if you are a greedy chancer who believes that it is an opportunity to raise the asking price, you will be disappointed.
