Help! I've got a pan full of rice and mince, need ideas!

Options
Need some help from the old stylers on here!

I've just made a biryani with mince that turned out a bit rubbish and now I have a huge pan full of basmati rice and mince which is mildly spiced.

Any ideas what I can do with it because I don't want to throw it away!

Many thanks :D

If you have some peppers you could stuff those with it and put them in the oven to soften/cook the peppers.

Try googling Stuffed Peppers for some ideas.

    ;)
  • add a tin of baked beans and a dollop or two of bbq sauce and mix it together..... very tasty!!:D

    Thank you!

Like the stuffed pepper idea (Aldi at 49p or Sainsbugs Basics bag) and also adding some beans to the mixture, some worcester sauce, could add some veg too and reheat into a casserole type thing.

Also have a few jars of 4p curry sauce

    Great tips and ideas!
Better go and portion it up
