Remortgage advice

Evening All,
I know its a bit early but with the current situation in the markets I would like some advice about my mortgage.
I purchased this property through bovis homes on a 'Jump start' shared equity scheme (75% mortgage - 25% loan from Bovis).
This december my mortgage is due for renewal on my property which has reduced in value from £154k to around £136k, therefore my mortgage loan being more that what the property is worth. I borrowed £115k of the properties value which is now worth £105k. I am able to clear this negative equity but am worried about the type of deals available.
My wife will also be entering the mortgage thus increase the household income to the mortgage, but I am unclear if this helps or not.
Could anyone give any advice at all?

You won't be able to switch lenders, you will need to contact your existing lender to see what they can offer.0
