We're just looking to remortgage after being stuck on a relatively high interest one for the past 2 years (5.99%).
Whats the best one to go for these days in the current economic climate? We've always played it safe and gone for fixed.

I'm sticking with SVR but it's 2.5% and the fixes are all 5%+ so it's a no brainer for me. How do your figures stack up?0 -

The mortgage is £110,000 and its currently over 25 years but with the amount we are used to paying on the high interest rate we could carry on paying that amount but reduce the term by a few years. We usually get it for couple of years before looking around again.0 -
Sorry - LTV is 55%0
