I opened to kid save accounts a few months ago and after of no of calls ave only just received their savings book. After more phone calls I was advised that the "Roar" card would be out with me in a few days this was back at the beginning of July ...still not arrived.
Has anyone got contact details for someone high up in the Bank as I think this is a very very bad way to treat customers especially children.
Many thanks

If you are not happy phone their customer service number and ask to speak to a supervisor or write a letter to the manager of the branch and ask for the name of the area manager.MFW 148 - Mortgage £121,000 1Jan11 / Mortgage £120,300 28Jan11 / £119,808 24Feb11 / £119,400 22 April11 / £119,089 29 May11 / £118,500 October110

can't believe the next post you wrote was to sell these cards on this site - why don't you use the roar cards and take the kids to the zoo or w5 or somewhere!
