    Today I have spent zilch :D

    My Mum came round with lunch then gave me her a £10 card for asda she had so I went and bought lunches for work and enough for meals for the week. Amazing what u can get for a tenner.

    I bought stuff for lunches too, spent £12 in total - just have to remember to take them now :o

    Have just made a £3 PAD payment, does this mean I cant count today as a NSD??? :D

    Today have spent £3.97 on bus fare and a packet of crisps
    Had to buy some essential toiletries so went to boots and paid for them with my advantage points :j

    Sorry I havent been feeling very well past few days so no updates.

    Have spent total of £3.20 yesterday and day before. Not bad.

    Think some treatments are in order tho so gonna count them pennies out...

    I know the diet has been 'starting tomorrow' for about 6 months now. :o
    I'm just trying to eat sensibly and exercise a bit more.
