Sorry guys, I still need have more questions. Before attending the court, you need to have the affidavit signed before a commisioner of oath, can that be done at the court on the day of your BR. Another thing is that my husband has a brithish passport, but I have indefinite leave to remain. Will I ever be able to apply for a brith PP.

BR will have no bearing on your ability to be able to get a British Passport, so if you are ever allowed to get one then you will get one using your circumstances at the time.
As to the affidavit, which court are you going to? Phone the court tomorrow and explain your circumstances and ask them.0
