hyder after reading your other thread i feel like a right lazy cow for sitting on my bum thinking about exercise and putting it off because i'm not in the mood/can't be bothered/the wind is blowing in the wrong direction :o

all credit to you for your determination (and many thanks for giving me the kick up the bum that i needed - gonna decide on a plan of action and get everything ready so that I have no more excuses for not exercising once i get back off of holiday) :T

    Bitsey Beans !!!!!!!!!

Warren Zevron - Werewolves of london

What an absolute legend of a song- good choice !

    It is fabulous :D
I was a bit dubious when Kid Rock sampled it for All Summer Long but it worked quite well I thought!

I think the key too good work out music is stuff that makes you want to move. I loathe most dance music a la Cascada etc but quite like a number of RnB tunes so a mix of indie, rock, cheesy pop and RnB fills my ipod :D
I have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knife :D Louise Brooks
All will be well in the end. If it's not well, it's not the end.
