My ears have just pricked up here. I subscribed to the Psychologies offer of so many issues for £1 and they have taken £14.50 by Direct Debit. I telephoned but the operator said he couldnt help so I requested a refund etc and a return call to confirm, this did not happen. I have today written to ask for a refund. Have other people had a similar situation?

Yes, it's happened to a lot of us. I was told it would take 28 days to go back into my account. I'll be phoning them up tomorrow to if it hasn't gone in by then. 01858 438863 is the number you need to call for Hachette Filipacchi.
