    Hi everyone, I'm going to ask what might seem like a stupid question... I've never done these subscriptions before and was just wondering, do you have to phone/write and cancel with the company or just cancel the direct debit with the bank ~ and are you sent a direct debit ref. so that you know what you are asking to cancel????!!!
