I've never seen this before from SuperBike! I received a letter this morning offering me 3 issues for £1 and a money back guarantee (doesn't elaborate on the guarantee details). Call the credit card hotline on 0845 676 7778 and quote 334Y.

The letter says "for some reason best known to the controllers of the database, we at SuperBike have your name and address, so we're sending you this letter with a knock-out subscription offer". So I reckon it's just a general mailshot and should be open to anyone who's interested.

If you continue with the subscription it's £7.70 a quarter which is a 35% saving.

just checked the small print and it says:

offer closes 4th september 2006, subscription may not include promotional items packaged with magazine.
Initial 12 month non-refundable contract applies.
Unless written notice is given before the end of the initial term, the subscription will continue as a rolling 12 month non refundable contract

I read this to mean you will be tied into a 12 month contract with national magazine company - anyone tried to cancel these 12 month contracts before?

Edit: Ooops! Just went on to sign up for myself and noticed that min subscription is for 12 months therefore £14.40 to pay when the six months is up. Anyone know if they enforce this or can I just cancel after I get my gift?
