I called them at 0844 815 0049... I remember starting to subscribe online and eventually getting to a point where there was a number I could call concerning subscriptions. You may have to do this, since the offer they feature is not for the cabtree and evelyn stuff but for a anticellulite cream. The code they gave me was: BNYCE as Mr Humperdinck mentioned. But since I couldn't find the place to input that code I ended up calling again and doing the subs over the phone. HTH

Can anyone tell me about their experiance with Magazine-Group.co.uk (for the Quidco cashback...)?
I've just taken a £1 offer with them for 3 issues for What Satellite and Digital TV Magazine and wondered is it easy to cancel and how do i cancel?!
Calling the magazine group or emailing the publisher (future@subscribe.com or similar).

Hi Andy

I order 3 mags for £1 at mag-group. I have only recieved one of the three but have already emailed them to cancel it. I got a confirmation email back saying that Dec would be my last one and to contact my bank to cancel my direct debit. It was fine, quite simple. The only thing that bothered me was the fact that Quidco didn't track and I couldn't raise a query. But still, the mag was worth it. I know another magazine where I only had to call up to cancel and that was easy too.
