Who out there will give us a mortgage come on people we are in a far better situation than 99% out there we have no debts cars paid off and near to £3000 income between us evey month or shall we just go on holidays ................ All we want is our own home surely someone could take the risk (there isnt one ) even if we paid over the odds to start with we wouldnt mind ..

What sort of price range are you looking at?
What are you annual incomes (individually)?
How much deposit have you got saved?
All lending has a degree of risk attached to it. Lending to somebody who has had severe financial difficulties in the past is riskier than lending to somebody who hasn't. You need to provide the information above to see if any of the brokers feel that they could place a deal.All we want is our own home surely someone could take the risk (there isnt one )0
