Gemmz I think yoour friends should still pay for their tickets - you bought them because they said they would go and its so wrong of them just to drop out. In future never book anything without getting the cash up front!
Hope you get them sold x
Ooo Bunny - we love camping. Looking forward to taking Nathan when he's old enough (when do you think that'll be?)
I love moving - I get itchy feet roughly every 18 months:rotfl: if we're not moving I'll rearrange the furniture instead...26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073

Luc I took mine when they were babies, just used to wheel the pram into the frame tent and they would sleep in their pram:D A travel cot could be used for smaller tents I guess, you can get baby sleeping bags too.
Kids are portable, I never let anything stop me from taking them on holiday. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Lou and Luc, you're both so right. The thing with these sessions is that previous years have sold out within the hour so we expected that to happen this time, I was the only one with the funds to do it so I trusted them
thinking well they have four months to pay me.
£10 a month isn't exactly much to find for such an amazing night out! And they are amazing, I saw the Kasier Chiefs last year and Razorlight a couple of weeks ago - both times I was about five to seven rows back - incredible. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Just popped round to BFs..her DS was here and feeling cold so ran him home to get changed, she gave me a huge basket of flowers that had just been interflora-ed to her. She said they looked like something you'd put on top of a coffin!
I tried to tell her maybe she was overreacting, but adamant she didn't want 'em..too funereal!Debt-free...and staying that way...0 -
are your friends now saying they don't want the tickets even though you've paid for them? That's not very nice - I would never do that

A couple are genuine, they are working away or on a family holiday. But another is working because they didn't swap shifts and one is just skint due to partying.

She is obviously feeling very sensitive to things at the moment SRM, is she feeling any better with the sickness? But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

But surely all of them new you were buying the tickets on their behalf, its their responsibility to get rid of the tickets..........
thankfully on both of my occasions I managed to get rid of the tickets but one did result in me having to sit through the original pop idol concert (when Will Young won) with my MIL:eek:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

I still think they should have paid for the tickets and then tried to get rid of them themselves...26.2.19/14.1.19: T MC 3629.26/3629.26 : VM 0% 1050/13876.59 : W 0% 100/1485 = 4409.26/18990.85 =25.17%28.1.19/28.1.19 Hubs 0% £400/£2,977 =13.44%SPC 2019 #073
