There are now piles of rubbish bags outside containing the skeletal remains of my son's childhood.
The hovel floor, once covered is naked and exposed.
colonies of as yet unidentified bacilli have been discovered flourishing in the putrid, anaerobic underbelly of the landfill site that lay beneath the bedframe.
His hamster, Rocky has been gasping in the fresh oxygen as the window was opened to disperse the green cloud of boy stench.
zombie socks had to be beaten to death with pieces of bent Skalextric track before they latched onto our flesh.
and now, all is quiet except for the creak of the floor as it readjusts to it's new position in the spot light.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

Linda - How's the light headedness & dizziness, are you feeling better this evening ?

It's been pretty bad today, not too bad when I'm sat down.

Never had a crown in my life & it wasent mentioned.
    Likely on the NHS?
    Most of practise is private.

    Is it a back tooth?
A gold shell crown is a strong and excellent restoration that can be done on the NHS!

Evening all :j been reading all day but just not in the mood for posting.

However I wonder if you can help/advise. As you know I have been on Cd semi 100% for 10weeks. I would have the odd piece of chicken/bacon but other than that all liquid diet. Due to huge ongoing problems at work I have been eating most of the week, this has been anything from cakes to beetroot. Its not been all day just odd things but more than I have ever had before. Well I am starting back on Cd tommorow so thought I would have a few small things today. Anyways it really hurts to swallow and now I can barely swallow water without being in pain. Mostly this pain feels like its in the throat (as it passes my tonsils) but then it hurts as the food/liquid passes my chest just under my breasts. Does anyone have an idea what this could be? Have I just strained my oesophagus or could I have seriously damaged myself?

    Thanks in advance :j

Are you coming down with a cold? Is it sore with liquids? (Vodka doesn't count... ;) ) Sore throat when not swallowing?
could it be your gall bladder Pap?

Gall bladder comes in underneath the stomach, and that's *way* after swallowing...
Thanks all :D I dont think its that serious to be honest. I will keep an eye on it though I was just wondering if anyone knew off hand  Back to the old liquid and straws tomorow. If the pain consists I will pop to the doctors :j

Yep...make an appointment Monday if you're still unsure what it is.

Computer question~what does contiguous files mean?I is confused.

Basically means "in one piece". Usually referred to by disk defragmentation utilities.
