endowment mis-selling

hi.

i had a rejection letter from ifa's regarding endowment mis-selling about 5 years ago. my fault - i wrote a really c**p letter.

was never told about possible shortfall, honest!

anyway, if i've already been rejected can i submit another complaint letter (using martin's template) or is it the end of the line?

BTW....25000 shortfall!

thank you.

Following the rejection, you had six months to take the complaint to the Ombudsman.Since you didn't do that, your complaint has lapsed and the only other avenue would be to go to court.
    Trying to keep it simple...;)
