Mortgage Prices :(

My wife and I can only get a loan for about £68K!
That's without declaring the £10K loan that we have.

What am I suppose to buy, a shed?
Maybe put an extension onto it!!!

The house Prices are rediculous.

Our Jount Annual Income before deductions is about £25K

Not sure what part of the uk you come from, but I know down here in the SE property prices are pretty ridiculous & I don't envy young people starting out today.

What about shared ownership? If you want to get on the property ladder then this may be your best way.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

Don't know all your circumstances, but you have a similar household income to us, and we have sorted out a mortgage for 85k through Moneyquest (brokers). Admittedly, we were able to put up a substantial deposit, but it may be worth talking things through with a Broker to see if there are any deals out there for you.
