What are the advantages to Jobseekers getting JSA with these jobs?
Is there some kind of guaranteed interview?

    These employers have signed an agreemnt with jobcentre to state they will offer priority or majority of the companies jobs to unemployed people.

    For you this means you are in competition with employed people looking for a better job

    So your chances might be slightly better then, but as usual nothing is guaranteed.

    BUT do employed people look at jobcentreplus.gov.uk? assuming that is the only place an LEP vacancy is advertised.
