I have come across a problem with my SOA
As I am living with my mother at the moment, when I fill in my SOA form I assume I add her into the number of people living in the house and her income (State Pension) but when it comes to the amount I pay towards the bills do I put in the full amount of the bills or do I just put in what I pay. Also does the OR take into account her income when assessing for my IPA.
I am baffled

You put down the full amount, then her contribution is half of the general household expenses. And no, they don't use her income for assessing any IPA.Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

You need to remove all the debts as obviously you won't be paying them once you are BR. Total up all joint household expenses, then put half of this down as your mother's contribution - you put down her contribution, not her full pension.
You have to pay for internet services out of your surplus - it's not allowed on your SOA.Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

Your Mum's contribution is £490, which is 1/2 of the household bills.
For things like clother, hair, prescriptions, holiday etc. you only put figures for yourself. The only things that your mum would contribute to would be the shared household bills.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0
