Got my WTM at 19:03 last night...just received phonecall 09:30. I think it is a recorded message that pauses and responds to your voice before playing the next part. If not the caller is quite rude crashing the phone down at the end of the call!!!

I had this as put in my earlier post!!! The man did not say hello or confirm who he was talking to, he just said i had won first prize etc. It was only when I had to slightly alter my address that I realised it was in fact a person I was speaking to. He really lacked in communication skills.

Still nothing today, so I rung, a Scotish lady took my details and said she would pass it onto the relevent people.I am getting worried now, it is 10 days and some have had them quicker.
