Buy to let re-mortgage

Hi There,

We currently have B2L mortgage of 110.000 and the value of the property is 150.000. We are paying 550 per month is there anything cheaper on the market? or are we wasting time and money on reviewng this?

I've no idea. What rate are you on currently and do you have any tie-ins?

The revised rate will be 5.990% then we are no longer tied in??

When does your current rate end?
And what has your current lender offered?

we had a 2 year fixed mortgage and it is due to come to an end on the 1st September they are advising the rate will change to 5.990% on the 1st August this will mean we pay 550 instead of our current 535....

They have not offered anything - except that in Jan 2010 to keep checking in for rates and deals?

I would suggest then speaking to a whole of market broker.
