Marques-Monistrol Vintage Cava 2005 - £5.49 + 300 club card points?

I went to Tesco in Altrincham this afternoon and bought a bottle of Marques-Monistrol Vintage 2005 Cava. The price on the shelf was £9.99 + 300 extra clubcard points.
When I got home I realised they had charged me £5.49 for the Cava but no extra points. I rang them up. They have told me the next time I go in to go to Customer Services and they will add the points to my card !!
I'm quite pleased at my buys in Tesco today!!

The points offer finished at Wednesday midnight - so for Wednesday day, the half price offer and the 300 pts per bottle were both on.
I got 12 on Wednesday - it wasn't marked on the shelf, but I had checked a bottle at CS first, when I went back in again on Thursday, the points were no longer on
