Buy to Let 75% Mortgage on New Build

Does anyone know a lender out there offering 75% mortgages on a new build buy to let property.

I'm hoping to buy 3 new build flats but the best I can find is 65%.

    Try Grovelawn mortgage brokers, I've found them very good.

    Because everyone knows new-build flats are great investments that have performed superbly so he wants three.

    To the OP-You will find most lenders are very wary of lending on new builds.These are the houses that have dropped most in value.I would be very cautious in investing at the present time.Make sure you have done your maths before taking the plunge.Good luck.
