This is still a vastly overpriced way to buy cat food, you'd be far better off sticking with tins and getting a cheap pack of plastic tin lids from any pound shop to keep them fresh.

Each pouch works out to 1/4 of a tin, so a pack of 48 translates to 12 tins for £8! You can get a 12 pack of tins for £6.74 in Tesco and Asda, a couple of pence cheaper in Sainsbury's...I don't know Morrison's prices, but must be about the same.

You dont need to spend money on lids just use the plastic lid from a pringle pot or nutella ( the one with the free glass tumbler )

Not such good value when the cats won't eat the second half of the tin!

not all cats/kittens eat tinned food. my new cat doesnt and we ended up wasting. so pouches it is, as she is a fussy eater and likes variety with a new 'flavour' each meal time.

I have the same- our cat is 16 now, & for the past couple of years has got very fussy re food. I would rather spend out money on pouches that I KNOW she`ll eat, rather than `waste` a tin of food (She even leaves Whiskas tinned) Thanks OP- I went to Morrisons yesterday, & bought 2 packs :T
