Does anyone please have any discount codes for ebuyer.com?

Are they any good as I've never ordered anything from them before?

Never used any discount codes - but I have bought from them before they have been fine for me but I have read that they sometimes have delays on some items for delivery - always sign unchecked when you recieve delivery - this helps if you ever need to return anything as they are a pain in the neck if you didnt do so and there was a problem with the product getting damaged in transit that you didnt see because of packaging ect.

Regarding discount you might want to check the sticky thread at the top called "Websites that DON'T issue free to use voucher codes".

Regarding how good they are they I have had mixed results when it comes to their customer service. In one instance I had returned an item and got the refund within a week. Another time they sent out a replacement which unfortunately was also damaged and they refunded without problems. However, on one occasion I had something that was DOA and they tried to say I must have damaged it. Eventually got it refunded under the distance selling regulations as it was all in mint condition but it took almost a month to sort out.

These are just a few experiences but I have ordered lots from them before without any problems. Super saver delivery has always arrived on time and normally early. I should also mention that when I have ordered something which I have had problems with they often give you a free delivery bean so you can re-order at no extra cost.

I find emailing their customer support is better than phoning.
