good news is - I dont have any! and the red doesn't appeal

will have a pint of squash and a nice can of diet coke later

Agggghhh think I may have finger trouble as well. I may be on the wrong thread here... not sure if this is the cut down alcohol thread or the foot fetish thread!

Thanks for the welcome... as I am a newbeee not sure if I should be stating the number of days I would like to set for my AF days in August or how many days I have been alcohol free this month (just today - I AM trying!)
I would have looked back on the thread but scared that I may see other bits of flesh undressed (or dressed)

If its a target then ... 20
If I carry on drinking ... I carry on eating rubbish!!

Another AF for me today - so 2 so far (woo hoo!). Valliantly avoided the wine aisle in tesco's on my way home from work and have plumped for some blackcurrant squash and some marks and spencers walnut whips to have a bit later on.

Right - I'm off to do some serious toe hair trimming!!
