Remortgage with Nationwide while living abroad

My mortgage is with NW my 2 year tracker rate just ended 31march and I am now on the base rate.

I would like to apply for their "additional borrowing option " a remortgage sum is agreed and I can draw on it should the need arise which is perfect for my situation .

However living abroad and being self employed i do not have payslips which is one of the requirements.

The house has been let out for past 5 years which they are aware of.

Until I get this resolved I am unable to buy into a new tracker as I would face exit penalties should I need to remortgage and have to change to Halifax for eg who do not require payslips.

Is there anyway around this ie will they accept a copies TT transfers from a foreign bank into my account abroad.

Or can anyone recommend a broker who deals with NW.

I do not personaly deal with the NW but if you are saying that its a requirement to have payslips and you do not have them then I guess you will find it dificult. How long have you been self employed, do you have any accounts and if so are they done by an accountant here in the UK?

You would be best dealing with a broker who can look at everything for you in detail but I guess being abroad doesnt help.
