Don't get it, he was so lovely, and we were getting on so well.

So now spending a very lonely night packing for the weekend and feeling very sorry for myself.

Oh Snaggles, I really know how you feel. I am like that with my boyfriend. If he doesn't respond straight away I think 'that's it' it's over, even though I have been seeing him for 4 and a half years

I send him some horrible texts, which he always puts up with because he knows what I am like, but then again I don't know why he just doesn't contact me so I know everything is ok and then I wouldn't need to send the horrible texts. I just think they don't get it and obviously don't see things the way we do.

I admit I am very needy and need constant reassurance from him and to his credit when he does give it to me, he makes me feel so special, but as I say to him actions speak louder than words.

Don't suppose things will change though!!

Chick chick I agreed about HP, I didn't think it did justice to the book, and some bits just seemed wrong to me.

That's quite possible, he does sometimes seem to have quite a bad memory, but you'd think when I said I was doing it this weekend, he would have had some flicker of recognition that he'd said he might some with me, and was going to let me know nearer the time (bearing in mind he invited himself, I didn't ask him to come).

He will be at home by now if he has the kids, I'm sure. He used to ring me on his way home, back when he was trying to get me into bed. Cynical, me?? If he'd really wanted to talk to me this evening, he could have done quite easily.

Suspect I'm not going to hear from him again, but for a nice guy, he is making a bit of a performance of dumping me.

Ohh good idea!

I really need to learn to do the 'treat them mean, keep them keen' thing I think. I'm too soft, and I'm too open with my feelings, if I like someone, I want to be nice to them and make them feel happy. Apparently, men don't like to be liked. :rolleyes:

i know exactly, Snags, seemed to be getting on well in chat with a guy, he's all sensitive and stuff, but as soon as i said anything about my feelings, he's gone.....lol
