Not sure what to do

hi there everyone

i need to ask a few questions and i do not mind if your comments are harsh or not

here i go!!!!!!!
we are currently trying to save for bankruptcy fee with advice from cccs both myself and husband.

we are not sure what to do we currently have debt with sky £203.00 and bt £449.00 and recently approached vigin media about getting tv internet and telephone with them.

the reason why are

1. we are getting alot of hassle from creditors by letters and i have no way of communcating other than letter which is not a big problem but would like a phone so we can contact them as well

2 internet my daughter is at school and she is consrantly asking if she can get a computer so she can go on the internet .

3 and kids televison life saver we do alot of activities together as a family

but we are not sure if we did go with virgin media that when we go bankrupt the OR will pick up on this and ask why

PLEASE HELP ADVISE NEEDED

    While the OR won't allow internet on your SoA unless it's necessary for work/study, and won't allow Sky TV or the like, if it's all part of your phone package it's perfectly acceptable, obviously as long as you're not on the top Johnny package!

    you will get more hassle with your creditor by phone they will call you night and day until you pay off the debt .. so i will keep in writing as often creditor over the phone are rude, intimidating ! better to contact them in writing as if they say something bad you can prove thereafter.
