Now BR as of this morning...
Took my forms in and paid the fee, then got called into the Judge who asked me "what went wrong" explained my reasons, he then declared me bankrput...
Then back to reception and waited to speak to the OR... Then spoke on the telephone to someone from the OR's office, where I was asked a few questions and told to wait for a letter to confirm my telephone interview in a week's time.
All the court staff and the OR clerk were really polite and friendly to me....
I feel like there is a weight lifted from my shoulders and am pleased that I don't have to avoid answering the phone anymore...
Of course I am still really apprehensive about the interview,,, can anyone tell me what sort of questions I will be asked....
A big thank you to everyone who helped me get this far, I could never have done it without coming on here and learning from others....

Your just starting your Journey, I wish you all the best, the hard part now over as you have done it!
During the interview they will ask when and how each debt came about, if you cant remember just tell them general living expenses, They will ask if you tried to get yourself out of the situation. They will ask about any assets you own bank accounts you may have..
I was nervous before mine, but i neednt have been although efficient they were pleasant too.
good luck0 -

Glad it went well for you. Today is the first day of the rest of your life.
As NM says they will ask about debts etc. When you get nearer the time people will give you some advice on what to do and not to do when speaking the OR if you post again.BSCno.87The only stupid question is an unasked oneLoving life as a Kernow Hippy0
