There is one of the Gillette sets left in the Basingstoke store if that helps anyone. I got one, though about getting two but then thought I'd be kind and leave it for someone else:A. There's also another Gillette set reduced in there. It's a Gillette Champions Fusion set but not the one that Upsy-Daisy has spotted. This one comes in a silver washbag and has razor, blades, balm and gel in it - for £3.25. I took 3 of these but there were a few left. Thought they might be 342 as the sign was on shelf edge above them but the till said no!

Edinburgh Fort has a different gillette pack in sale too! Its in a box that the flap opens up and theres a clear cover so you can see whats in it. Same idea as the others, the razor with holder, 3 blades, shaving gel and aftershave balm. £3.75 on the sel, took it to the till and it didnt go through on 3 for 2, said to the SA it was with the mens toiletries and the 3 for 2 labels. He called a manager who apologised and said it was in the wrong place but she would refund one of the packs for me! Think she was going to get them moved though once I left

Went to Easterhouse this morning after receiving the email and not only is this kit not in stock, the manager has never heard of it???
Maybe just the city centre stores are stocking it, let me know please if you can get it in Glasgow Thanks

Went to 3 stores on my travels today - 1st 2 had none - last one had 3. Took to counter and watched as £14.99 came up, then again, and again - expected the total to come down to £11.25.

It didn't!! So I explained about the offer. Phone CS - wait around. Apparently they had no idea about it. Assistant said if I went home and printed email they would have a look and gave me CS number.

Comp is in Safe mode so can't print. Phone CS - lovely helpful lady who actually knew all about the offer as she gets this email!! Told her I couldn't print - she said not to worry was updating the system but gave me a reference number.

Back down the store with my ref no. Another ph call to CS - even giving my ref no - STILL they hadn't heard of it!! Waiting round another 10 mins.
The assistant came back with some smarmy teenager who was apparently the manager. Explained the situation and told him how unhappy I was. He said he hadn't heard of it and had spoken to CS but if I bought the email he would honour it!

I would not be beaten so went round a freinds house - printed off the blinking email. Took it back and gave it to another sales assistant - who had seen me twice and showed her it and I eventually got them at that price.

I did point out the 3 for 2 on there when going through the email but was just chuffed that I got the bloody things at £3.75. I know my partner refuses to buy the blades but at that price he has 2 blades and a can of gel and my Dad and brother have a Christmas gift - Jeez...

I do wish that if these offers are sanctioned by head office then they could perhaps let their stores know about them.:eek:

Thats sounds like the elite pack i mentioned earlier? Bargain

They had this in my local store too, but at £6.50 reduced!! Will see if this has been reduced again later in the week

Just had a look on boots site, its not that one! So altogether I think there is about 4 or 5 gift packs that are reduced!! Yay!!
