Proving Statement of Affairs

Quick question.

Can a creditor who is obvioulsy not happy with the payment offer in an SOA (because they want to achieve a higher payment) insist on you going to their office with documentation and evidence to prove the figures on the SOA?

They can't make you do anything. Only a court would be able to demand copies of bank statements etc that may prove income and expenditure details.

They don't of course need to agree to the SOA and could try to go through the courts. You are not required to provide them with anything though and thay are probably just trying to intimidate you.
