Just been informed by my OR (went BR in April) that my bankruptcy file will shortly be transfered to the Regional Trustee and Liquidiator Unit in my region and that my affairs will now be handled by them.
Who are they? Is this usual?

            Thanks.
I don't have an IPA or anything like that. I'm not subject to anything apart from having to inform the OR (I suppose now the RTLU?) of any significant change in my circumstances.
The only big thing remaining is the re-possession of my flat, the hearing for which is in four weeks time. After repossession I assume I'll be sent a bill for the shortfall on the mortgage which I understand I forward to the OR (now thr RTLU?).
I also assume that from now on I forward any queries from creditors to the RTLU rather than the OR?0
