I've just tried this and it looks like the option of having it delivered to a store has disappeared... it is normally in the arrange delivery section - there's a box to tick "have delivered to a store for free"

if your doing it for the vip sale, you can't as they have to be delivered to your home!

Otherwise, after you have clicked checkout and logged in, there should be an option about a 3rd down that says...

Have your items delivered to a Next Store for FREE. Please note, items delivered direct from the manufacturer cannot be delivered to store.

You click the text, select your store and your away!

I just tried it for a non sale item... maybe they take it off completely during the sale regardless of whether the item you want is in the sale or not? makes sense I suppose - I guess they don't want to have to keep running into the storerooms finding parcels for people!

It didn't work for me. :(

I used to work for Next and a few days before the sale and for about a week after the store's stop the delivery option of delivering to a store because the staff are too busy getting things ready before and with the volume of returns after.
Each store turns there option off at different times depending on the size of the store and the amount of staff they have available.

    Hope this helps;)
    Nothing to report:p

This really isn't the right forum to ask for help with online shopping. Out of the many other forums available here, there are surely several that even at first glance are more suitable than the 'Grabbit while you can' - "For reporting hot bargains" one ?

I know this will get jumped on by various numpties defending peoples rights to post their rubbish wherever they want, so I will just say in advance, don't bother.
