Crowdology - Surveys and possible product testing?

Just received an invitation to a survey that should have paid out £1.92. 20 mins into the survey I was disqualified. I've sent an email to Crowdology support but I don't expect anything good.

I've only made £6 in 5 months and a lot of time wasted.

Buggy site, ridiculously poor support and poorly written surveys.

I now have a negative balance due to my responses in the survey failing the quality test. The survey didn't have any appropriate answers in most of the questions so I had to choose options at random! After emailing back and forth with "support" (I use that term loosely) they still insist I was in the wrong and refuse to correct THEIR mistake!

They are not Crowdology any more but have changed to One Poll and this is why it has fallen apart

Crowdology still exists, I use it and don't tend to encounter any problems.

The only panel I know of that transferred to Onepoll is 2brewarded in March this year.

\apologies, I probably got that wrong then. I had 6 lots of survey companies metge this year and in most cases , I lost out on rewards. I was messaged by Crowdology to say they were merging in UK with another company so on my account, they do not exist any more

Same here, I'm still using Crowdology (cint) and I also use One Poll and did use 2brewarded. Annoying thing was, I was almost at cashout point with 2brewarded and then they merged with £40 cashout One Poll, still £2 short

One Poll informed me they have lowered the payout to £20 in a recent email. If this is not the case, despite reaching £18, I am not bothering anymore as they offer surveys fro 10p - 30p each and 75% of them get screened out. I will be about 90 before I qualify for a payout at this rate. With Crowdology, I want to know why they merged my account with another survey company if they are still going and said they were not working on their own unless this is to do with a country thing

I've got £6.40 on Crowdology,when I go to redeem payment it's keeps coming up there's an error.The money is not going in to Paypal!

Anyone having same problems.Must say this is the first time it's happened,had a few payment's after getting over £4 threshold.

I just realised I haven't received any invites for months and when I try to sign in, I get told that I don't have an account and my emails doesn't exist.. anyone else had this problem recently?

Yes i am having the same problem today, and have had it in the past,what i found when it has happened before is that if you try the next day it goes through ok.
