Amazon Refunds?

Hi.

I have bought the Kensington LiquidAux Deluxe from Amazon for £63.20 but even before it has been delivered to me it has been reduced to £53. Is there any way of getting this money back? I am expecting delivery tomorrow.

you may be able to refuse delivery or just send it straight back for refund there and then. Check the returns policy first though.

You are within your rights to return it, but you probably wouldn't get your postage back.

I think they used to have a policy whereby you could phone them and they would refund the difference, but I'm sure they stopped it.

check what you were actually charged , i had the same thing with a dvd , the day it was delivered i got an email stating i had been charged the lower price.
