Another QVC TSV to tempt me!

If you know anything about the Lakeland Remoska cookers, then this will ring bells. Obviously the Lakeland version get great reviews and my only reservation is how well this one would compare to the genuine article!

The size of this one sits in between the Lakeland Remoskas as they are 2ltr and 4ltr versions. It is also slightly lower powered at 450W (the standard Remoska is 470W).

The other difference I can see is that the QVC one has a thermostat. Could be pretty unnecessary though at this sort of wattage?

Under £70 delivered - and remember you can try it for 30 days and still send it back if you don't like it!

I am of Indian origin and i bought this cooker for my daughter to use at uni. It makes great khichdi, curries with a ready made sauce, pizza, heats ready indian meals etc. Especially good if you are a vegetarian and want to avoid communal ovens in the halls.My daughter has actually learnt to cook healthy meals because of this purchase! Very easy clean-up too.would recommend it highly.:T

Just to note, the pan on this is exactly the same size as the 2 litre standard remoska, not 3 litres as stated on the website. I returned mine because it was not the size I needed. I tried twice, over three weeks, to leave feedback to this effect on the qvc website but they have not published my comments.
