    When were you planning on going away Bunny? Just checking as the National Eisteddfod is at Bala this year which means traffic traffic traffic and very crowded campsites! Lots of fun but not ideal if you were planning a quiet break!

    ex's friend had a card to sell on ebay. He doesn't have an account so he gave it to ex to sell. The money (£180) went into my paypal account. I withdrew the money. I was supposed to give it to ex so he could give it to his friend.

    Ex owes me £430.
    Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    I agree - if he's as conniving as he sounds he'll find a way to appease his mate for a while until he cons the cash out of someone else.

    If you really feel guilty about the friend Ames, tell him you will send the money direct, and he can either give his friend your mobile number so you can arrange to get the money to him, or ask him for the friend's address and tell him you'll post it to him.

    But personally, I would keep it as part payment of what he owes you.
