Our policies are just coming out with the lovely NU or should we say Aviva. When they write to you we have found that the policies are showing a value based on approximately +1.5% however having just received a cheque we have found the policy in 25 years has made a loss of about 5.5% below the negative is this correct? Or are the Aviva just ripping us off. We cannot understand why six weeks before payment they are worth according to them so much more
